灰度向SEC提交了Ethererum 现货ETF的申请

在今天凌晨灰度向SEC提交了S-3的 #Ethererum 现货ETF的申请，和其他包括贝莱德需要申请S-1的不同，灰度因为之前有过ETH的注册，所以不需要提交S-1。理论上来说，灰度的申请意味着如果不通过，很有可能就会去起诉SEC，除非是SEC有不同于之前拒接ETH现货ETF的理由。

说是证券的，我建议还是别炒币了。
